Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package and the shipping destination.

Shipping Costs: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Restricted Items: Certain items may be restricted or prohibited from shipping to specific countries due to local regulations. Please review your country’s import policies before placing an order.
PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or process a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
